decent stay with some minor issues
helpful staff great cocktails worn furniture cold food
i found the staff very helpful. jesus made fantastic cocktails. he helped a lot with food and drinks. the bar staff work hard. the receptionist costi was also polite and helpful.
the rooms seemed a bit worn. i noticed chipped furniture and a tv far from the bed in my room.

excellent experience
filtered water happy staff large room lovely sandwich
The hotel provides filtered water in the breakfast area and pool bar. I appreciated that. the staff were always happy and helpful. i found the rooms were very large and the bathrooms had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. i liked the snack bar, it had sandwiches, coleslaw and fruit available.
some of the furnishings seem a bit tired (but the hotel is due for a refurbishment).

The hotel features a great pool. There's also a separate sun lounging area for relaxation. guests can also enjoy daily activities organized by the hotel. For example, there was a hike to a local volcano.

the rooms have a rack for hanging beach towels and swimwear on the balcony. rooms include shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. soap at the sinks. the bathrooms are very large.

the food choices were plentiful at every meal and the snack bar had great options. the snack bar menu included lovely sandwiches, coleslaw, and fruit. for those wanting something different, there were also burgers, nuggets and chips.
